We have been requested by Hallam Land Management to share the above website address. The purpose of this consultation website is to seek your views and input on the potential residential development to the northwest of Dene Road, Cotford St Luke.

This potential new scheme would follow the commencement of development of up to 80 homes and a local centre that has already been granted permission at Dene Road in February 2023 (see details on Somerset Council website: Planning application reference 53/21/0010)

It would take its principal access through the consented development, extending the built form, as well as significant areas of landscaping and open space further to the northwest.

They would welcome members of the local community and other stakeholders to provide comments and suggestions at this early stage so that they can be considered as part of the vision and emerging proposals for the site.

Comments are open between 19 July 2024 and 12 August 2024.
