Details of work planned for the next month
Lovell Partnerships Ltd have let us know that works will be commencing on the land adjacent to Dene Road as of Monday 15th September.
The works over the Next month will consist of the below :
- Dormouse license works boxes and hedgerow removal for entrance areas
- Minor tree removal as per approved strategy
- Tree & hedgerow protection works
- Compound setup works
- Drainage Storm & Foul commencement works
For all of these works over next month Lovell will be using the current farmers access track.
New entrance and road works are not planned to commence until Lovell have the S278 agreement in place, which is still at least a few weeks away.
Road Naming
Lovell have also asked if the Council would like to help name the streets on the development. This will be on the agenda at the 18th September meeting for discussion and the deadline for our response is September 24th. There will one main throughfare and then seven side closes and the name of the development as a whole will be The Oaks at Cotford St Luke. The PC welcomes suggestions from residents.
