We are happy to confirm that a new company have been engaged to complete the tennis court works. During the course of the next few weeks, the weeds around the court will be treated and the court surface will be treated again – this will ensure that the resurfacing/painting work lasts as long as possible. On the LTA’s recommendation, we are having the shrubs alongside the court cut right back so that leaf drop doesn’t affect the court surface. The final pieces of work are for the court surface to be painted green, new lines to be marked for tennis and also two sets of Pickleball lines. Once this work is done, the new booking system will be accessible via the website and residents will be able to utilise the court. The delay to works is due to circumstances outside of our control. We thank residents for their patience whilst we have been working to make alternative arrangements.
